Anniversary Date

Amy and I decided we were going to go out for dinner and a movie this evening to celebrate our anniversary and just spend time together tonight. So I have to admit I've never been a huge fan of Steak but wow we went to a restaurant called Hobart’s and it was amazing. Amy had the Rib eye steak with a twice baked potato and a Cesar salad, I had the Flat Iron steak topped with Grilled onions, Peppers, and Mushrooms and a twice baked potato, and a Cesar salad. I have a new found love for Steak, we had it cooked Medium well done, so there was a little bit of pink in it and it was probably the tastiest piece of meat I've ever eaten. Amy and I both agree that Hobart’s is now our new favorite restaurant, the Meal was amazing, the service was excellent, and the Chef gave me a recipe for Chimichurri sauce, which is a steak sauce I had on our honeymoon in Dominican. Then we went and saw the movie The Final Destination in 3D, the 3D part was great, and the Movie was a typical teenage bust. But all in all we had an amazing evening spent just between us; I just wanted to tell her again, happy anniversary and I love you with all of my heart.
